One of the three men involved in distributing fentanyl-laced drugs to rapper Mac Miller was sentenced to 131 months in prison, Monday.

Ryan Michael Reavis was believed to be the runner in the September 5, 2018 deal that ultimately took the life of Mac Miller, whose real name was Malcolm McCormick.

What could have been up to 20 years in prison was cut down to a month shy of 11 years due to the guilty plea deal Reavis took.

The other two men involved in the deal were Stephen Andrew Walter and Cameron James Pettit, with Walter expected to be sentenced late this year and Pettit’s case still pending.

Reavis said he had knowledge that the pills had fentanyl before handing them off to Pettit, to give to Miller.

Miller, 26, was found dead in his Studio City apartment on September 7, 2018, with the court documents saying he would not have died if not for “the Fentanyl contained in the pills.”

The cause of Miller’s death was categorized as an accidental overdose.
