Two-Vehicle Collision on Guasti Road Ends with Fatality

ONTARIO, CA (September 15, 2021) – On Monday afternoon, a man died after a two-vehicle collision on Guasti Road involving a semi-truck.

According to Lt. Bill Russell, spokesman for the Ontario Police Department, the crash occurred around 2:45 p.m. on Guasti Road near Cleveland Road, west of Milliken Avenue.

Russell stated that the semi-truck was pulling onto Guasti Road when the westbound minivan collided with its side.

The Ontario Fire Department responded and pronounced the driver dead at the scene. Officials said the driver of the minivan had no identifying information available at the time.

Furthermore, there were several witnesses being interviewed by police in the area regarding the crash.

The cause and factor of the crash, however, are still being investigated. More information will be provided as soon as it is available.
