Driver Killed in Solo-Vehicle Accident near Highway 168
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (August 4, 2023) – Wednesday night, a solo-car crash on Millerton Road claimed the life of a male driver.
The incident happened on August 2nd, at around 5:40 p.m., on Millerton Road near Highway 168.
According to reports, the driver, traveling in a Dodge Challenger was driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle. As a result, the car veered off the road and struck a tree.
Emergency crews at the site of the collision pronounced the driver dead at the scene.
Following the crash, authorities closed down the areas of the road surrounding the crash to perform cleanup and preliminary duties.
