Single-Vehicle Crash near Russell Road Leaves One Man Dead
LAS VEGAS, NV (July 13, 2023) – Wednesday afternoon, a man died in a solo-car crash on Interstate 15 southbound of Russell Road.
The accident happened around 3:25 p.m. on Intestate 15 southbound near Russell Road.
According to reports, the incident involved a single vehicle, a blue Mazda, which was traveling southbound on the Interstate. The driver failed to maintain its marked travel lane and veered into the right-side rock shoulder.
The adult male driver died in the solo-car crash on Interstate 15. The collision is suspected to be a result of a medical episode, but it remains unconfirmed.
Following the crash, both directions of the roadway were temporarily shut down to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
