Man Died after Being Struck by Vehicle on Rainbow Avenue north of Badura Avenue

LAS VEGAS, NV (January 3, 2022) – On Friday, a 68-year-old man died following a pedestrian crash on Rainbow Boulevard.

The collision occurred before 9:30 a.m. at the 6900 block of South Rainbow Boulevard, north of Badura Avenue.

Furthermore, according to authorities, the man was running to a bus station. Consequently, a car driving out of a private road struck the victim.

Paramedics transferred the victim to University Medical Center, where he died, according to authorities.

Meanwhile, 43-year-old Las Vegas driver remained at the scene. Additionally, the driver displayed no symptoms of impairment, according to reports.

Authorities are still investigating the crash.
