Pedestrian Crash on Curtner Avenue and Canoas Garden Resulted in One Fatality

SAN JOSE, CA (January 26, 2022) – A pedestrian crash on Curtner Avenue claimed the life of one person Tuesday morning.

According to reports, the incident occurred around 5:45 a.m., in the area of Curtner Avenue and Canoas Garden.

At this time, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that a man was struck by a passing vehicle while walking in the area.

Due to the extent of injuries sustained, first responders declared the male pedestrian dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their identity.
