Police Search for Hit-and-Run Driver in West Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ (June 22, 2021) – Thursday morning, police began their search for a driver after a deadly hit-and-run crash on 43rd Avenue.

The crash took place at around 4:45 a.m., in the area of 43rd Avenue and Bethany Home Road, as stated by the report.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, detectives discovered wreckage and evidence indicating an accident in the vicinity. However, there were no witnesses at the site when the police arrived.

In addition, a man was found unresponsive before he was later pronounced dead at the scene. However, his identity has not yet been provided.
