Man Pronounced Dead after Hit-and-Run Collision near US-395
ADELANTO, CA (July 7, 2023) – Friday morning, Darryl Davis Jr. was pronounced dead after a hit-and-run accident on Chamberlaine Way.
The crash occurred around 6:00 a.m., near US-395 on June 30th.
Per reports, dispatchers located a 24-year-old man on the ground who appeared to have been hit by a vehicle. However, the driver fled the scene without rendering aid or contacting authorities.
Despite life-saving efforts, medics pronounced the male victim dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released his identity.
