LANCASTER, CA (August 7, 2023) – Saturday evening, a man was killed and a child was seriously hurt in a two-vehicle crash on 20th Street East.

Police responded to the scene around 11:16 a.m., near Avenue L.

According to reports, the driver of a northbound Lexus failed to stop at a red light and struck a Ford sedan that was heading west on Avenue L.
