Man Dies after Solo-Car Collision near West Hedding Street

SAN JOSE, CA (August 16, 2022) – Early Saturday morning, a man was killed in a car accident near Burrell Court.

The incident happened at around 3:18 a.m., in San Jose’s Rose Garden neighborhood, near the intersection of Burrell Court and West Hedding Street.

According to the responding officers, a 2005 Infiniti SUV, driven by an adult male, was traveling west on West Hedding Street, when it left the road and collided with a tree.

Emergency crews arrived shortly after and pronounced the driver of the Infiniti dead at the scene.

At this time, the events leading up to the car accident near Burrell Court remain unclear. However, San Jose Police are actively investigating the incident.
