Man Struck by Train on Baker and Summer Streets Left Hospitalized

BAKERSFIELD, CA (September 20, 2021) – Last Wednesday, a man sustained injuries after a train incident on Summer Street, authorities said.

According to Pulsepoint, the incident occurred around 5:45 P.M. at the train tracks on Baker and Summer Streets.

In addition, the Bakersfield police also pointed out that the train struck the man while attempting to cross the tracks.

Afterwards, first responders transported the man to the hospital in a critical condition.

Bakersfield Officials are investigating the reasons behind the deadly train accident.
