Rider Injured in Traffic Accident on Maryland Parkway

LAS VEGAS, NV (June 20, 2022) – A 57-year-old suffered injuries from a motorcycle collision on Pebble Road,  Thursday evening.

The accident happened shortly after 9:00 p.m. along East Pebble Road and Maryland Parkway.

Furthermore, according to authorities, a 32-year-old driver in an eastbound Toyota Camry made a left turn in front of the motorcyclist, causing a collision.

When paramedics arrived, the motorcyclist was taken to Sunrise Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

The driver of the Camry, on the other hand, remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

Las Vegas Police do not currently believe that drugs or alcohol were factors in the collision. However, an active investigation remains ongoing.

To prevent motor vehicle accidents, stay alert and drive defensively. When crossing a busy intersection, exercise due to caution. Always activate your turn signal or blinker before making any turns. Be aware of your blind spots and pull into the roadway slowly.
