Man Critically Injured in Auto Collision on 91 Freeway

ANAHEIM, CA (July 8, 2022) – Early Tuesday morning, a man was hospitalized following a hit-and-run accident on Tustin Avenue.

The incident happened around 12:55 a.m., on Tustin Avenue and the 91 Freeway.

For reasons under investigation, the driver of a vehicle struck a man. Upon impact, the driver immediately fled the scene without rendering aid to the severely injured victim.

Eventually, Anaheim Police Department Officers responded and located the man lying in the roadway with significant injuries. Although, authorities have not yet released the victim’s identity.

Additionally, the identity of the involved suspect driver still currently remains unclear.

Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area during cleanup and preliminary duties. At this time, authorities have not yet released the identities of those involved in the accident on Tustin Avenue.
