SAN DIEGO, CA (July 7, 2023) – Sunday evening, a man was pronounced dead in a motorcycle accident on State Route 76 near La Jolla Indian Reservation. The deadly collision happened around 6:29 p.m. along westbound SR-76 near Sengme Oaks Road in the area of Palomar Mountain. According to CHP, a Yamaha Tenere 700 motorcycle collided with the rear of a Toyota Tacoma for unknown reasons. As a result, the motorcyclist was ejected from the motorcycle, leaving them with major injuries. Tragically, paramedics declared the 33-year-old male rider from Temecula dead at the scene.
