Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 180 Left One Fatality

FRESNO, CA (October 28, 2021) – At least one person died last Sunday morning following a series of crashes on Highway 180.

Just before 4 a.m., a vehicle crashed on westbound Highway 180 near the connector to southbound Highway 99.

The scene took a turn for the worse when another vehicle crashed as well, killing a man on the highway.

In addition, the debris caused two more vehicles to crash.

After which, another collision occurred, involving two more cars.

Furthermore, authorities had to shut down the roadway for nearly two hours to clear up the scene.

Meanwhile, the cause of the initial crash on Highway 180 is still under investigation.
