An Orange County man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly ejaculating twice into a female co-worker's water bottle, a sister blog at OC Weekly reports.

Michael Kevin Lallana, 31, of Fullerton is accused of depositing his semen into a water bottle left on a desk in the victim's office at Northwestern Mutual Mortgage Co. in Newport Beach on January 14, according to the Orange County District Attorney's office. She later became ill after drinking from it, and she threw the bottle away, according to the D.A.

A few months later, Lallana allegedly ejaculated into the woman's water bottle again, this time on April 9 at a different company office in Orange. (The woman had been transferred). She got sick again, so she had the bottle tested at a private lab. The lab confirmed the bottle contained semen.

The victim reported the results to the Orange Police Department. Authorities then conducted an investigation and say they have connected the suspect to the crime through DNA evidence.

Lallana was charged Tuesday with two misdemeanor counts: releasing an offensive material in a public place and assault. He also faced allegations of committing a crime for sexual gratification.

Lallana was scheduled to be arraigned on Sept. 14 in Santa Ana.
