How are you able to participate at home? Your class facilitators will deliver all class kits to you, via safe contactless delivery. Gwen Home School helps the more ambitious customer to cook along by also offering them tips on accessible staples such as local produce, open farmer’s markets, and meal-enhancing accoutrements such as  S. Pellegrino which can currently be found on the menu of several Curtis Stone restaurants, including Picnic Society at the Grove and as part of his Gwen To Go offering.

More than just a name, Gwen Home School is a passion, meant to connect the two communities together: the restaurant industry and home chefs – both burgeoning and experts. From time to time, you’ll even see him pop into the Zoom classes himself, to offer an encouraging word or some secret kitchen tips that have served him so well throughout the years.

“The pandemic has taken a toll on the restaurant industry and we’re all leaning on each other more than ever, so it is exciting to invite people to come behind the scenes so they can get to know the team members I’ve worked with so closely for many years. At a time that our guests cannot physically come in and dine at Gwen, we want to support them in building  their own culinary skills and knowledge  so they can still enjoy delicious meals and impress their friends! . We know that our customers are loving our Gwen To Go offering but we also want to ensure that we’re supporting those who are looking for an exciting at home cooking experience.”says Stone, who also is busy running the pop-up Picnic Society by Gwen at The Grove.

Zoom links for classes are free so anyone is able to sit back and watch but attendees are encouraged to purchase ingredients so they can cook and sip along with the Gwen team of expert instructors.
