Kevin Nealon wants to spend Valentine's Day with you. He's even named his show “King of Love” to get you in the mood.

LA WEEKLY: How much of a romantic are you?

KEVIN NEALON: I am very romantic.   In fact, I just renewed my vows … although it was with another woman.

I

s your wife a good sport about you working on Valentine's Day?

She is, but the truth is I forgot it was Valentine's Day when I booked it.   And besides, every day is Valentine's Day with us. I hope she reads this.

How will you make it up to her?

To make up for it I promised her I wouldn't work on St. Paddy's Day.

What's your favorite Valentine's memory?

I don't have just one favorite memory. They are all my favorites. Any day that is designated to shower the person you love with love is my favorite holiday. God, I hope she is reading this!

What is your ideal Valentine's date?

Just being with my wife and doing anything. We could just be sitting together doing nothing and that, too, could be ideal. Can you get a copy of this to my wife?

Which one of your characters is the best lover?

Probably the one from an SNL commercial parody I did with Victoria Jackson called 'The Love Toilet.' It was a specially designed toilet for lovers where you can both be sitting and facing each other at the same time while doing your business.

Why should couples come to your Largo show on Valentine's Day?

To show their love.

Kevin Nealon: King of Love at Largo at the Coronet, 366 N. La Cienega Blvd.; Tues., Feb. 14, $8; $25. (310) 855-0350.
