Road Closed after Multi Big Rig Crash on Interstate 80

FLORISTON, CA (September 14, 2021) A major big rig crash on Interstate 80 early Friday morning caused major traffic delays.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 7:15 a.m., in the area of Interstate 80.

The collision involved several big rigs, as a result the eastbound of I-80 was closed.

In addition, the CHP said the road closure lasted for at least few hours due to cleanup and investigation.

Moreover, authorities have not released how many people were injured in big rig crash on Interstate 80.

At this time, authorities have not released any additional information.
