Despite the rift between M.I.A. and her ex-BF and producer Diplo, she leaked an unreleased song via Twitter yesterday that's apparently produced by … wait for it … Diplo.

Only two days earlier, M.I.A. similarly shared a link for a brand new video for “Story To Be Told,” one of the songs on her new album MAYA, at an obnoxiously unique URL that, for a brief period, was the exclusive source for the clip.

Once again, she's created an odd web address for a debut: 4THEPEOPLEONTHEBOAT.com, which plays an untitled track accompanied by lo-bit visuals of a gambling cowboy geezer, blasting kalashnikovs and a spinning globe.

As for the origin of the beat itself, the truth came out via some Twitter drama.

M.I.A. nonchalantly announces the new website, er, song.

A jacka--er, motweet weighs in, mistaking the songs lyrics as being directed at Diplo.
