Police are looking for the gunman who fatally shot 33-year-old Luis Delgado in Van Nuys August 15. Delgado was killed in a car-to-car shooting around 9:50 p.m. Sunday at Saticoy Street and Gaynor Avenue. Delgado was struck in the chest and died later at a hospital. Police believe the incident was gang-related. The gunman is described as a Hispanic male with a shaved heard between the ages of 20 and 25. He was driving a red compact four-door sedan.
