For all of you who've been watching your Twitter accounts or stalking Ludo Lefebvre on his motorcycle (good luck with that), eagerly awaiting news of another incarnation of Ludo's justly famous pop-up, you're in luck. LudoBites 10 is coming. This will probably be the last iteration of these events, as Ludo is opening an actual restaurant in an actual fixed location soon, hopefully in January. So maybe enjoy the last hurrah.

LudoBites 10 will, fittingly enough, take place at Gram & Papa's, the scene of not a few previous pop-ups, from Dec. 4-21, weekdays only. The perfect Christmas gift, maybe. According to Krissy Lefebvre, this one will be “a celebration of what LudoBites has meant to us and acknowledging our fans by bringing back some of the favorite dishes from the past — minus foie gras of course.” Consider this a kind of “Best Of” run.

Reservation lines open for the UrbanSpoon lottery on Nov. 28 at 11 a.m. PST. Which means maybe set your alarm and pay attention, because the last time the Lefebvres used the lottery system, at LudoBites 8, they had 10,000 requests for 526 reservation slots. And LudoBites 007 booked all 6 weeks of reservations in less than one minute. For those of you willing to chance it, if weather permits there will be two 2-person tables available for walk-ins. Al fresco dining in skidrow!

And in more good news, LudoBites will be supporting the Cart for Cause EAT GOOD | DO GOOD program, by donating a $1 for each of two different dishes sold through the run. As if you needed more reasons to order everything on the menu.
