If the Iran election didn't get you signed up on Twitter, then maybe Top Chef can. (No comment about anyone's priorities here.) Or more specifically, maybe Ludo can. Ludovic Lefebvre, formerly of L'Orangerie and Bastide, and now in the midst of an encore 3-month run of Ludo Bites at Breadbar, will be live-tweeting during tomorrow night's third episode of Top Chef Masters on Bravo. I'm imagining a cross between an encrypted recipe for foie gras miso soup and a Derrida haiku.

Lefebvre will also be holding a contest on Twitter, the winner of which gets to be sous chef for a night at Ludo Bites. You submit your entry by tweeting why you should win to Ludo. Apparently culinary experience is not required. Here's Ludo's tweet: Enter for a chance to be my sous chef for the night and to win dinner for 2 at Ludo Bites -tell me in a tweet @chefludo why it should be you.about 5 hours ago from web.

Ludo has been spending a lot of time on Twitter lately. Over the weekend, the chef tweeted this: @chefludo needs someone to come to Breadbar monday afternoon and teach me how to make dumpling dough. Anyone???4:27 PM Jun 20th from web. Maybe to win the contest, tweet Ludo your dumpling recipe.

Follow Ludo on Twitter at @chefludo. Contest entrants have two weeks (from June 24 to July 8) to tweet their entry: that's one tweet, of 140 characters or less.
