Luchadores of Los Angeles

Pantera AztecaPantera Azteca

Masked Mexican wrestling known as Luche Libre is happening at small venues in warehouse districts of East Los Angeles, South Central and Downtown L.A. They're meant for entertainment, but with as many as 10 wrestlers in the ring at at time, they're action-packed. Most of the luchadores are local professionals but some come from Mexico. The wrestlers fight tag team style and often throw each other out of the ring into the audience. They're true showman, always willing to please the crowd and pose for photos. For more information, check the Lucha Connection Facebook page.
