26-Year-Old Luc McGinley Dies after Solo Car Collision on Rancho Vista Road

TEMECULA, CA (August 09, 2021) 26-year-old Luc McGinley of San Jacinto lost his life after a tragic crash last Sunday afternoon on Rancho Vista Road.

The fatal crash happened before 4:50 p.m. on August 1, in the 30000 block on Rancho Vista Road.

According to reports, McGinley was driving his Chevrolet when the vehicle slid off the roadway, struck a tree and busted in flames, for unknown reasons.

Paramedics along with officers arrived and declared him dead at the scene. Officials said he was the solo occupant of the vehicle and no other injuries were reported.

CHP continues to investigate the cause of the fatal crash. Investigators encourage witnesses to cooperate and reach out as soon as possible. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
