Motorcycle Crash near Broome Road Left One Dead

TEHACHAPI, CA (September 8, 2022) – Early Tuesday morning, Louis Kenneth Wright was killed in a motorcycle accident on Highway 58.

The fatal collision happened around 3:20 a.m., on the eastbound lanes of the freeway, just east of Broome Road. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

At this time, the events leading up to the incident remain unclear. However, reports indicate that medics pronounced a motorcyclist dead at the scene.

The Kern County coroner’s office later identified the deceased victim as 61-year-old Louis Kenneth Wright.
