If you have recurrent dreams about running your own restaurant, or about being on reality television, or maybe even just about Gordon Ramsay — of course you might be better off talking to your shrink — here's a casting call for you. Food Network's food reality show 24 Hour Restaurant Battle, is currently casting their second season. There will be an open casting call here in Los Angeles on December 4th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Marriott Burbank Airport. Yes, the airport. Guess you can always get on a plane if it doesn't work out.

According to Food Network casting assistant Kristen Pisanelli, they're looking for “charismatic and outgoing two-person teams with pre-existing relationships, who have always dreamed of running their own restaurant. Applicants may have lots of restaurant experience, no restaurant experience, or some combination of both. One member of the team will run the 'back of the house' and one member will run the 'front of the house.' As a team they must have the skills to open and run their own restaurant.” Exclamation point. And if you think a gimmick might work, maybe show up in your Kiefer Sutherland outfit.
