Rollover Crash along Interstate 10 Left Two Dead

BEAUMONT, CA (June 29, 2022) – Sunday, police responded to a crash that claimed the lives of Lorenzo Luquin and Delmy Lara.

The collision happened on Interstate 10, east of the Oak Valley Parkway exit just after midnight, June 26th.

According to Officer Jason Montez, both Luquin and Lara were in a 2013 Nissan Sentra that crashed off the roadway and rolled down into an embankment for reasons unknown.

Apparently, the two were not wearing their seatbelts at the time and were ejected from the vehicle.

Officers arrived to the area and pronounced Luquin and Lara dead at the scene.

An active investigation is currently underway at this time, any witnesses are encouraged to contact San Gorgonio CHP at 951-769-2000.
