42-Year-Old Woman Killed in Pedestrian Collision on East Riverside Drive

ONTARIO, CA (February 1, 2022) – A pedestrian crash on Riverside Drive claimed the life of Lorena Lara of Fontana, early Tuesday morning.

According to the report, the incident occurred at the 2500 block of East Riverside Drive around 6:03 a.m.

Medics say Lara was suffering from major injuries upon the impact. Due to the extent of her condition, crews declared 42-year-old Lara, of Fontana dead at the scene around 6:06 a.m.

At this time, authorities have not yet released the identity of the involved driver.  However, Ontario Officials are still currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the deadly pedestrian crash.
