Napa Motorcycle Accident Leaves One Fatality

NAPA, CA (June 11, 2021) – Authorities identified 26-year-old Loiy Rakad Zidan as the victim of the motorcycle accident on Sunday afternoon.

The fatal incident occurred around 12:41 p.m., on June 6 at the intersection of Pueblo and Stadium Avenue.

Furthermore, investigators stated that the motorcycle driven by Zidan slammed into an SUV.

Eventually, medical personnel arrived and transported Zidan to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center. There, Loiy Rakad Zidan succumbed to his injuries around 1:19 p.m.

The SUV driver, described as a 35-year-old Napa woman, remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.

Subsequently, the authorities shut down Pueblo Avenue between Rexford Mobile Estates and the Boys and Girls Club for 6 hours. But, the roadway has since reopened.

Investigators ruled out intoxication as a factor that contributed to the crash.
