Caviar aficionados flock to Petrossian, with its array of exotic caviar, pate, foie gras, smoked fish, fine wines and cheeses. Unexpected foodstuff includes cold borscht served in a low-ball martini glass, and caviar pizza. The restaurant aspect of the shop offers classics like truffle mac 'n' cheese, and brioche French toast. The elegant décor is black and white with fresh flowers on table-tops, contemporary carpeting and sheer drapery.
