Part of the luxurious SBE restaurant group, Katsuya (with locations in Hollywood, downtown, Brentwood and Glendale) is an upscale Japanese/sushi restaurant and bar, catering to a well-dressed, sophisticated crowd. Meals can cost $100 or more per person. There is the popular spicy tuna on crispy rice, as well as a list of sushi rolls, sashimi, cooked fish entrees, and signature cocktails made with fresh ingredients including lychee, cucumber, and lemon.
