L.A. Weekly spent Saturday, Aug. 20, wandering the streets and scoping out the businesses participating in Echo Park Rising. In its sixth year, EPR is a free neighborhood event that focuses on the music, creativity, diversity and small businesses of Echo Park. There was an abundance of women commanding the stages, and we loved every second of it! All photographs by Hannah Verbeuren.
