Manimal Vinyl's charitable David Bowie tribute album, Repetition, is due out any day now.

All proceeds from the 2CD set (including MP3 sales) will go to War Child International, with a hugely impressive list of artists making musical contributions to the cause:

Out-of-towners include Duran Duran, MGMT, Vivian Girls, Soulwax and A Place to Bury Strangers, while the familiar faces include folks like Megapuss, Warpaint, Rainbow Arabia, Amanda Jo Williams, We Are the World and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros.

Regarding the last name on that list, iTunes now has the MP3 single of Sharpe's version of “Memory of a Free Festival,” and we've got the stream.

The song is a good fit on the Zeros, both stylistically and (hugely) thematically.

“Oh, to capture just one drop of all the ecstasy…”
