Honey, I got drunk and left the kids at home. And by kids we mean babies, a 3-month-old and a 1-year-old. And by left we mean that she also left a 4-year-old in the car she crashed.

That, at least, is the story according to the LAPD, which late last night said 35-year-old Lisette Gonzalez Avakian was arrested on suspicion of DUI and jailed in lieu of $100,000 after the alleged, late-night joyride with her 4-year-old while her two babies were left alone at home.

All three of the children are now …

… being looked after by the L.A. County Department of Child and Family Services.

Here what police allege went down: About 2:30 a.m. yesterday a drunk Avakian decided for some reason to go for a drive in her snazzy, '94 Toyota Corolla with her 4-year-old in-tow and the babies at home. She ended up on Whitnall Highway (which runs mainly between Burbank Boulevard and Oxnard Street in North Hollywood), collided with a parked car, got back on track a little, hit another parked car, then ended up flipping her car somehow.

So she pulled her child from the wreckage and called 911, right?

No. Cops allege she took off and hid in some nearby bushes, where officers found Avakian.

Noting that she allegedly left a precious child in the car, cops grew suspicions and decided to check out Avakian's residence, which contained said babies. Alone.

Police say she might also be facing child endangerment charges.

Mom of the year.
