TMZ reported Friday that Linsday Lohan failed a recent drug test that's part of her probation and that she was positive for cocaine. If true she could be headed back to the county jail for women for as many as 30 days, the site reported.

The 24-year-old actress spent three weeks in drug rehab and 13 days in jail this summer after she violated terms of probation that stemmed from two DUI cases. She had missed some mandatory alcohol-education classes.

As part of her release Lohan was ordered to undergo pscychotherapy, counseling, and drug educations sessions alongside attendance of Alcoholics Anonymous-type meetings. The deal also called for twice weekly drug tests — at a minimum.

Her first DUI case stemmed from a May, 2007 crash in Beverly Hills in which cocaine was allegedly found in her car. Two months later, in another DUI case in Santa Monica, authorities alleged the actress had coke in her jeans.

So much for her plans to leave L.A. (although that “Blohan” nickname looks like it's starting to stick).
