The door had barely shut behind actress Lindsay Lohan as she was released from rehab at UCLA Tuesday and rumors were already flying about the possibility that she would appear on ABC's Dancing With The Stars or VH1's Celebrity Rehab.

Lohan got out early after serving 23 days of her 90-day mandatory rehab stint at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

The 24-year-old got into hot water after the judge said she violated terms of her probation by failing to attend alcohol education classes in a timely fashion. She also served about 13 days in a county jail for her probation blunder.

The probation stemmed from a pair of 2007 DUI convictions, including one in which she crashed into a hedge near the Beverly Hills Hotel. She's under a fourth year of probation — one more than was originally prescribed — as a result of the violation.

Here's our question: If she goes for one of those reality TV gigs, which are based in L.A., how's she going to leave the town she so despises, as she has threatened?
