Out On The Mountain — the annual GLBT event at Magic Mountain — will have folks shrieking, for a number of reasons. The park is closed to the general public for this special gay and gay-friendly event, which means shorter lines for rides. After a successful Sunset (Un)Junction weekend, undergroundish music shindig What Cheer? returns with Rock n' Roll Circus, an early evening BBQ and carnival featuring sideshows, games, and aerialists. Its bands will include Fancy Space People, Strangers Family Band, and Bowery Beasts with their record release party. There will also be a big roster of deejays, including Patrick Melcher, Erick Borboa, Screamin' Jay Moore, Aaron Castle and Whiskey Beard. 7 p.m.-Midnight. U.K. producer & DJ Toddla T comes to Dim Mak Studio in support of his new Ninja Tune album Watch Me Dance, a work inspired by and made for club-rubbin.' Steve Aoki's label just celebrated 15 years in biz last week, and its party space continues to be off the hipster hook.
