It was a stellar weekend for fierce females inside LA rock clubs. Saturday, the legendary Betty Blowtorch reunited at El Cid to honor their departed singer Bianca Halstead's birthday with a tribute show featuring Mia X on vox along with Faster Pussycat's Taime Downe, Lit's Kevin Baldes and more. BB's ballsy babe anthems like “Size Queen” and “Shut Up and Fuck” were scorching as ever as were the gals grinds on stage. Halstead's bass even made an appearance. Sunday, Electric Glitter at the Dragonfly offered more cool chick grit and glitz with Kate Crash, Kelly Mantle, Piel, Nylon Pink and Lina on the decks in between bands and snapping the pics here.
