Hit-and-Run along 75th Avenue Claimed the Life of 55-Year-Old Lewis Kemp

PHOENIX, AZ (December 20, 2021) – Saturday afternoon December 11th, Lewis Kemp, died after a hit-and-run crash in Phoenix.

The crash took place at around 1:45 p.m. near 75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.

According to police, a pickup truck was traveling south on 75th Avenue when a car jumped a stop sign and collided with the pickup truck driven by Kemp.

As per authorities, the driver of the vehicle fled on foot before officers arrived.

Furthermore, both directions of the roadway closed for cleanup and preliminary duties.

An active investigation is currently underway.
