A Playboy Playmate who is suing reported Douche of the Decade Joe Francis (of Girls Gone Wild fame) for damages resulting from an alleged assault is asking a court to throw out Francis subsequent counter-suit.

Francis, who has been accused of assaulting the fairer gender in the past, filed a counter-suit for defamation about a month after 23-year-old Jayde Nicole alleged that Francis had caused her a “black eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen region, bruised arms and legs, ripped-out hair and utter emotional distress and humiliation” during an August confrontation at the Guys and Dolls club in Hollywood.

Francis' suit alleges she's the one who assaulted him, and he also accuses her of libeling him when she described the alleged attack to a celebrity website. He maintains that club video backs up his version of events.

Nicole argued in a recent deposition aimed at getting Francis' counter-suit dropped that she was simply telling the truth when she described the alleged attack to the site: “At the time I made the statements, I did not have any reason to believe that they were not true,” Nicole stated. “I was shaken up by the attack, was in a lot of pain and was being badgered by the interviewer. I simply told him what I thought had happened.”
