L.A. attorney Gloria Allred was in the mix this week as she picked up a new client, onetime teen prostitute Cristina Fierro, who was allegedly hired by retired NFL player Lawrence Taylor last year when she was just 16.

Now Fierro alleges the encounter in question did not constitute paid sex (Lawrence pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct and patronizing an underage prostitute and is on probation). It was, she says, forced sex.

Fierro, with Allred at her side, claims

… that the football Hall of Famer actually sexually assaulted the teen. According to the civil suit filed this week, he allegedly …

Lawrence Taylor.

Lawrence Taylor.

… sexually assaulted Cristina Fierro, a sixteen-year-old girl who had visible facial injuries from a beating she had just suffered at the hands of the man whom Taylor had called to provide him with a girl for commercial sex.

The suit claims he …

… forced himself on Ms. Fierro, a slight teenager who was not only visibly injured, shaken and crying, but also expressly told him she did not want to engage in sex and tried to push his enormous body off hers.

The events went down in Room 116 of the Holiday Inn in Suffern, New York, according to the suit.

Fierro wants undisclosed punitive damages for the alleged assault.
