Multi-Vehicle Crash on 105 Freeway Including a Big-Rig, Closed Down Several Lanes

SOUTH GATE, CA (July 27, 2021) – Authorities closed down several lanes on the westbound 105 Freeway following a multi-vehicle accident.

Officers responded to the scene in the Freeway and Paramount Boulevard at 1:29 in the morning.

Upon arrival, authorities discovered several vehicles and a jackknifed big rig on the highway embankment.

However, the total number of injuries and the circumstances surrounding the incident remains unclear.

In the end, CHP issued a SigAlert for lanes 2, 3, and 4 of Westbound 105 Freeway until 4 A.M.

The South Gate Officials are investigating the multi-vehicle accident.
