With warm weather comes chilled soup. Gazpacho, a typically raw, vegetable-based soup that's traditionally served cold, is featured here in this week's L.A. Weekly Flickr pool photo of the day. Foie gras poached in French brandy and pickled beets accompany summer berries in this version of a fruit-based gazpacho, a first course on the “Farewell to Foie Gras” menu available for the rest of June at Petrossian.
