LA Family Housing announced its stellar list of chefs and participating restaurants today for its Awards Gala at the Pacific Design Center on April 23. Chefs will come together for an evening to raise $2 million to help stop the cycle of homelessness for nearly 11,000 children and adults across Los Angeles
Guests will enjoy specialty cocktails, music from L.A. DJ Kovas, unique silent and live auction packages and specialties from L.A.’s top chefs including Gino and Elizabeth Angelini (Angelini Osteria), Mary Odson (Big Sugar Bakeshop), Thi and Nguyen Tran (Button Mash), Greg Dulan (Dulan’s Soul Food Kitchen), Brendan Collins (Fia), Yoya Takahashi (Hamasaku), Chad Valencia (Lasa), Luigi Fineo (n10), Carlos Cabrera (Petrossian Restaurant & Boutique), and chef Daniel Cutler (Ronan).
“By bringing together some of the best chefs in Los Angeles to build awareness, change perceptions and support solutions, these exceptional chefs are shining a bright light on our most urgent crisis,” event chair Blair Rich said in a statement.
“I’m so honored that these chefs have contributed to the LA Family Housing Awards for many years, and thrilled with the chefs joining us for the first time. They are part of the movement to end homelessness and consistently elevate the event experience for our guests.” Our city needs everyone to get involved and work to solve this crisis that affects so many children and families.”
