Hosted by DrinkEatPlay at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood on Sat. Feb 4th, the L.A. Cupcake Challenge featured over 35 entries from cupcakeries all over Los Angeles. Voting participants were given ballots to check off on as they walked around and collected sweet and savory mini-cupcakes from each bakery. Experienced tasters came with armfuls of empty plastic containers to take the prized edibles home. The winners of the challenge will be announced Tuesday on DrinkEatPlay's website.
