If you're looking to experience what some of L.A.'s best breweries have to offer in one whirlwind night, make sure to mark your calendar for the third annual Los Angeles Craft Beer on Saturday, Aug. 18. “Beer Chicks” Hallie Beaune and Christina Perozzi, along with 213 Nightlife proprietor Cedd Moses, have created a list of brews that showcase the 70-plus craft beers involved, spanning seven downtown bars and restaurants laid out walking tour-style, including Golden Gopher, Broadway Bar, Tony's Saloon, Las Perlas, Seven Grand and Caña Rum Bar.

Breweries include Noble Ale Works, Uncommon Brewers, Drake's Brewing, Ballast Point Brewing, Hangar 24, Green Flash Brewing, Smog City Brewing, Eagle Rock Brewery, Strand Brewing Co. and dozens more. Food from Cole's French Dip, Casey's Irish Pub and a plethora of food trucks (including In-N-Out) will be available as well.

You can even fit a bit of learning into your day of drinking, too: Beachwood BBQ's David Watrous will be teaching a class on sour beers, beer writer Tomm Carroll will be hosting a class highlighting the Italian craft beer movement, and the Beer Chicks will be tasting a brief respite from the suds to lead a class on Scotch and craft beer pairings.

Tickets are available online and are priced at $54 per person for unlimited tastings ($10 if you are a designated driver) and $74 for early entrance. Tickets to the additional beer seminars will cost you $15 per person.
