L.A. chefs like Mark Peel, Susan Feniger and Ludovic Lefebvre aren't the only locals showing up on Top Chef Masters this season. Wednesday night, the judges' table will get a little bit bigger with L.A. food bloggers Bill Esparza of Street Gourmet LA and Eddie Lin of Deep End Dining. Based on their inclusion and areas of expertise, we can only assume that the master chefs will be required to cook Sinaloa-style gorilla testicles. Or something like that.

Esparza was also lucky enough to snag judge and famed restaurant critic Gael Greene's phone number, then take her out for some Mexican food at Mariscos Chente and La Casita Mexicana. The rest of you will just have to settle for hanging with the two blogger/judges at the viewing party, starting at 9 PM at The Edison, in the Generator Room. Just let them know at the door that you're there for the Top Chef Masters viewing party.

Edison Downtown: 108 W. 2nd Street, Downtown, (213) 613-0000.
