1 Killed in Deadly DUI Accident near Hudson Avenue

ALBUQUERQUE, NM (November 16, 2021) – Friday afternoon, Kyle Crespin was arrested after a fatal DUI crash on 4th Street Northwest.

Per reports, 32-year-old Crespin was driving south erratically in a Ford F-350 at a high rate of speed. Shortly after, he struck a white Dodge pickup-truck as it was exiting a local business on its driver’s side.

Due to the impact, the Dodge driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their identity.

Meanwhile, Crespin fled the scene and became involved in another collision with a sedan. The driver of that vehicle was taken to University of New Mexico Hospital with serious injuries.

There, Kyle Crespin was detained and arrested for DUI. Police say alcohol, drugs and speed were all considered factors.

An active investigation to determine further details is still currently underway. Once available, more information will be provided.
