For the kiddies who can't wait another day to get costumed up, there's the Breakfast Show 3-D Halloween Special. As always, the sugary cereals will flow as host Adam O (hey, Nickelodeon, grab this guy and give him a fun-time show!) presents a cavalcade of spooky silliness. Along with a costume contest, there'll be a Halloween dance party, some sorta maze, and scary storytelling with David Lunch (Chris Dotson), Chef Kauzy the Cereal Chef, Inky the Centaur, Uncle Chickster and Bingo the Milkman. Mr. O tells us, “I feel a part of something on Halloween. As if every show I do makes sense on this one day!” What's his favorite Halloween memory? “Dressing up as the Karate Kid at age 8. Every time I would knock on a door and say “trick or treat,” I would do the famous Karate Kid kick in hopes of getting the full-sized candy bars. For the next week I could not move my right foot. Too much kicking and not enough candy.” The Lab at the Hollywood Improv, 8156 Melrose Ave., W. Hlywd.; Sun., Oct. 30, 6 p.m.; $10. (323) 651-2583.
